1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship to 12 countries/regions. Shipping fees vary by destination.

2. Shipping of Pre-order & In-stock Items

Pre-order items and In-stock items cannot be purchased together in the same cart.

(Due to the system, it is not possible to purchase pre-ordered items and in-stock items at the same time. )

• In-stock Items: Shipped sequentially after payment is confirmed.
  (Items in stock will be shipped in order after payment is completed.)

• Pre-order / NANA Collaboration Items: Scheduled to ship starting from April 2026. (As items are made-to-order, shipping may be delayed depending on order volume or production status.)
  (Shipping is scheduled to begin in April 2026. As products are produced after pre-orders are made, shipping may be delayed depending on order quantities and production status.)
  

• If you wish to purchase both, please place separate orders. Individual shipping fees will apply to each transaction.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes / DAP (Customs Duties and Import Taxes)

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) (All international shipments from this shop are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place of Origin) basis.)

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. (Customs duties, import consumption tax, customs clearance fees, etc. are not included in the product price. These fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) .)
  

• These fees are typically collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery. (You will be billed directly by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.)
  

• If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping fee and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, or customs-related issues) for international shipping.

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

5. Novelty Gifts

Eligibility for novelty gifts is determined based on the total order amount, which varies depending on the shipping destination.

• For Japan (Domestic): Based on the total amount including tax (¥20,000 / ¥50,000).

• International: Based on total amount excluding tax (¥20,000 / ¥ 50,000).

Note: Since international orders are tax-exempt in Japan, the bonus is calculated based on the tax-free price. (*For international shipments, Japanese consumption tax is exempt, but the novelty value is calculated based on the tax-free price.)
