We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons (size does not fit, different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.) after an order has been completed, regardless of whether the item is shipped domestically or internationally.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds or other compensation for returns due to refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery, especially for overseas shipping (DAP). Please carefully check the size and details of the product before placing your order.

If there is any problem with the product you received, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will exchange the item for the same item, or refund if it is out of stock.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived or if the product has been used.
