【Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Reasons】
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons (such as size not fitting, different from the image, order mistakes, etc.) after the order is completed, regardless of domestic or international shipping.
In particular, for international shipping (DAP), please note that we cannot provide refunds for returns due to refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to accept the package. We kindly ask you to check the size and details of the product carefully before placing your order.

If there is any defect in the delivered product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will either exchange for the same product or provide a refund if the item is out of stock.
