We cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns after the order has been completed due to customer circumstances ( size does not fit, does not match the image, wrong order, etc.).
If the delivered product is defective, we will respond to return or exchange for the same product only if you contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days from the arrival of the product.
