3. Customs Duties & Taxes / DAP

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  

• These fees are typically collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery.
  

• If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping fee and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, or customs-related issues).

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.
