International Shipping Guide / 海外発送について

 Thank you for shopping at ADDIXY. Please read the following guidelines for international orders.

（ADDIXYをご利用いただきありがとうございます。海外への発送をご希望のお客様は、以下の案内を必ずご確認ください。）

【Notice / お知らせ】 International shipping will be available starting from February 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM (JST). （2026年2月6日（金）10:00（日本時間）より、海外発送の受付を開始いたします。）

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations（配送対象国と送料）

We ship to 12 countries/regions. Shipping fees vary by destination.

（以下の12カ国・地域への発送を承っております。送料は地域により異なります。）

2. Shipping of Pre-order & In-stock Items（予約商品と在庫商品の発送）

Pre-order items and In-stock items cannot be purchased together in the same cart.

（システム上、予約商品と在庫商品を同時にご購入いただくことはできません。）

  • In-stock Items: Shipped sequentially after payment is confirmed.
    （在庫商品は、決済完了後、順次発送いたします。）

  • Pre-order / NANA Collaboration Items: Scheduled to ship starting from April 2026. (As items are made-to-order, shipping may be delayed depending on order volume or production status.)
    （2026年4月以降、順次発送予定です。予約後生産のため、ご注文数量や生産状況により発送時期が遅延する場合があります。）

  • If you wish to purchase both, please place separate orders. Individual shipping fees will apply to each transaction.
    （在庫商品と予約商品をどちらもご希望の場合は、別々に決済をお願いいたします。その際、注文ごとに送料が発生いたします。）

 

3. Customs Duties & Taxes / DAP（関税・輸入税について）

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. （当ショップの海外発送はすべてDAP（仕向地持込渡し）条件にて出荷いたします。）

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. （関税、輸入消費税、通関手数料などは商品代金に含まれておりません。これらはすべてお客様（受取人様）のご負担となります。）

  • These fees are typically collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery. （お支払いは、商品到着時に配送業者または税関から直接請求されます。）

  • If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping fee and return costs will be deducted from your refund. （関税の支払拒否により荷物が返送された場合、往復送料を差し引いてのご返金となります。）

4. Returns & Exchanges（返品・交換）

For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, or customs-related issues). （海外発送の場合、お客様都合による返品・交換は一切承っておりません。）

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. （万一不良品が届いた場合は、到着後7日以内に商品の写真を添えてお問い合わせください。）
